About Divine Livelihood Restorer Foundation
Divine Livelihood Restorer Foundation is a faith-inspired initiative established by its promoters, Mr. and Mrs. Jude Mukolu. The vision for the Foundation was divinely inspired, with the initial intention to operate under the name Life Recharge Centre. However, in accordance with regulatory requirements and approval by the relevant registration authority, the organisation was formally incorporated as Divine Livelihood Restorer Foundation.
Prior to its formal registration, the promoters had, for over two decades, been actively engaged in philanthropic and community support activities on an informal basis. Their longstanding commitment has significantly impacted numerous individuals and families, particularly in areas such as access to medical care, provision of housing support through rent assistance, and the empowerment of individuals through business start-up funding and expansion support.

Mr. Jude Mukolu, BA, MSc Environmental Health — Founder & President
Jude is a selfless, caring and passionate philanthropist residing in the United Kingdom. For over two decades, he has been committed to supporting the vulnerable and less-privileged persons in the society. He currently works in the environmental health sector with a local authority in London.
Mrs. Monika Mukolu, BSc Nursing — Co-Founder & Director
Mrs. Monika Mukolu is a registered practicing nurse in the United Kingdom with over twenty-three (23) years of cognate experience in nursing. She has been involved in providing care and support to elderly individuals, including those living with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, end-of-life needs, and other vulnerable persons in the UK.
Pastor (Mrs) Amosun Cecilia Chibuogu — Board Member
A full-time Pastor with the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), National Headquarters, Lagos, Nigeria, for 26 years. She holds a Master of Theology in Christian Leadership Studies (2017) and is the Assistant Provincial Pastor covering 142 churches. Passionately committed to humanitarian outreaches supporting vulnerable widows, orphans, and less-privileged youths.
Godwin Ifeanyi Omijie, HND, PGD, MBA — Board Member & Administrator
Godwin has over eighteen (18) years combined experience as a Secretarial Administrator. His work experience traverses various sectors including Banking, Auditing/Consulting, Automobile Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, and Insurance.
